The temperature exceeded 80 on only 6 days with all other days below this.In my estimation this is not unbearable and barely uncomfortable. 

I can tell you from sitting in a car without air conditioning, that it has been unbearable heat with intense humidity...If I had to endure days without air conditioning in the apartment complex, I would've fled to a hotel as well, especially having children.

i agree it is almost unbearable with out AC in florida and do what we can to fix it asap.

Their tenant claimed the apartment was unbearably loud from other tenants, so the owner tried adding carpet in the unit above, enforced quiet hours etc.

Frankly, I wouldn't give odds that it wasn't turned on later that day as the heat will be unbearable.

It can be unbearable.  

Typically, people move only when things become unbearable in their current location.

Dirty/dangerous street and homeless people are making once most amazing city unbearable.

I just did 8 units...some went from unbearable to cold.  

The stench is unbearable.
