@Chris Morris Why does everyone want to chase strangers – and ignore their own personal network?

Where can you find people that are at least a friend of a friend to reference first before trying strangers?

Hey Sarah, if you're going to give up THAT easily, when random strangers on the interwebs just have to quote a few stats and numbers at you to make you fold up your tent and wander off into the night...well, the first thing you need to work on is telling anyone who doubts your resolve to go eat their dinner out of a dumpster.

This is also complicated with all the moving parts of an AirBNB, luxury hotel, condo association and a partnership with strangers. 

Both also take longer than strangers on the internet will tell you.

Dealing with tenants who are strangers is stressful enough.

You should be very careful using contracts obtained from strangers online.

Looking for 3bd/2Ba with washer/dryer, yard (with the landscaping included in rent), and no ADUs where we are on top of our neighbors and splitting utilities with a stranger. 

I haven't looked into that much just because I don't think I would enjoy being in the same living space as strangers.
