Straddle toilet and lift over flange, keepin bottom of toilet parallel with floor and lower straight down over bolts and onto wax ring.

On the other hand, I once worked on a title claim where a dozen houses were built straddling lot lines because the original surveyor came off the wrong marker when surveying the lots. 

Make it clear that you need an answer or they need to go.Tenants often won't give a response because they aren't sure and they want to straddle the fence until they can make a decision.

As a broker who straddles the line between the two I would say it depends on what type of investing you want to do.

We know that this little area is a part of Ferndale but is straddled between Detroit and Ferndale.

My strategy is a 'straddle' actually of two Buy & Sell for every one Buy-Hold currently.

These people usually straddle the boundaries of whats legal and ethical.
