What specifically are you trying to get better at? 

The specific property I am looking at right now is netting from PadSplit to the current owner  between $5k-$6k per month.

I do have a third goal, but too much will happen by the time my second goal materializes that my third goal will likely change drastically.Also, I tend to find myself wanting to ask market-specific questions to agents/lenders/investors/contractors/etc. a lot.

I think with it being newer accounts/investors they don't think of the specifics needed.

All situations are specific to individuals.Our best wishes and empathy go out to those LA individuals and communities.It’s been about 6 years since one of our storage locations was flooded for about 4 months.  2 feet over the roof.  

So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

If we took every trader from W.S. and threw them into the ocean today, how much less food would the farmer make next week?
