In the beams and wood plank flooring, we sanded and sealed with tung oil. 

They were supposed to deliver in October 2023 but kept saying there was a "wood shortage" in Tulum and they were having issues with the supplier.

I guess I was being short sighted and was a bit too caught up in the raw real estate numbers. 

Driving through it makes me want to buy everything in sight!

I like how the wood look turned out and it is very pretty in person.

I am trying to get a neutral scheme that will appeal to a range of tenants, and by doing so leaning towards a more natural or darker wood look instead of a grey for the floors but there are a bunch of color options.Any opinions or tips in the matter are much appreciate, and if anyone has used this color scheme with Lifeproof flooring before that would be great!
