I have held a lot of jobs and never have gotten more satisfaction knowing that everything I do is for me  and my families' future than right now (yes I know I am selfish).I say if you are hesitant and waiting for that perfect moment just stop an place a bet on yourself and you will surprise yourself at how much you can accomplish.

I'll never change those people).My intention in starting the local group was for many reasons; inherently selfish reasons, if I was being candid. 

I ask with selfish motives as I'm looking at a property in Buckhead that needs a significant structural overhaul due to curb appeal problems.

Would you like it when you came home to your wife or kids that were home alone while you were gone and you see some creepy door hanger or a sticker from some shady figure that obviously had zero manners or respect for privacy that felt compelled to walk all the way up to the front door and selfishly posed a  sticker on the door?

To think they are the “naysayers” or the “buzz killers” is a selfish thing to say.

Which is a way of telling a seller as late in a deal as possible that you are not really buying their property, but were just wasting their time to make a selfish profit off of money you dont have.

I hope this helps, it sounds selfish, but this Is what I wish someone told me when I felt like that!

Let them know that so-and-so referred you, and you'll get a someone that will at least speak with you on the phone long enough to determine motivation.I haven't tried the walmart or restaurant approach (selfish me time), but I'm going to!  

If I kick him out, it's not the end of the world for him but it does seem selfish (which I'd get over in a few months I think). 

And if there is a problem down the road with the person in the house, you can call me and I will talk to them about what their problems are and see if I can't fix the problem...know if I can do all of that for you, do you care what I make on this deal, because sometimes I run into homesellers that are really selfish and they want their problem solved for free, and I don't work for free, so tell me, if I can deliver the solution for you, give you peace of mind with this problem is solved, do you have any problem whatsoever of me making a fee to get this job done?"
