If you are a DST investor with Crew Enterprises formerly known as Versity, and before that NB Private Capital, and have had your monthly distributions suspended I'd like to hear from you.

I read "guarantees" - for me that is the biggest scam ever and right then and there either hang up the phone or delete and block the email. anytime anyone guarantees anything run and run fast.  

There are several options for skip tracing to find phone numbers and email addresses.

Then take that data and skip trace it for numbers email etc.

You'd be surprised at how the simple things, like answering an email within 24-48 hours versus two weeks (or never!)

This is a 3 story town home (detached) that shares a private sewage line with 7 other homes.

Why not just advertise it as a 4 bed/4 bath and promote the apartment as its own private suite? 

Our last deal we engaged a mortgage broker that also brought a Private Equity LP (Limited Partner) to the deal. 

Question: Should I collateralize the loan (if using private or hard money), or rely on roll-over loans (to maximize the lower points and 3-4% rate)?
