If pressed, I would only offer "we made a business decision", but even that is going to prolong a conversation you would prefer not to even have.  

I don't know anything about the deal but after reading your post I googled the company and found a press release from Nov 2021 announcing that they had purchased The Aubrey.

And really low price points you're going to be hard pressed to find good returns as well.

Then when pressed turns out they haven't sold a condo this year and the inventory is rapidly on the rise (which i already knew)..

.- Monthly cash flow from day one- More properties that are fully separated metered -- gas, electric, hot water all metered for individual units- Significant increase in property management -- evictions, late rent not because somebody simply forgot to press "send," potential domestic issues, issues between tenants, etc.

If you feel bullied, if you feel your dreams are being quashed, well, you need more resilient dreams and more pressing motivation. 

They deserve some positive press and love.Another cashflow market I did not see on the list is Lansing, MI which I personally think is fantastic with low property taxes, strong rental demand, low cost of living and service costs with constant economic development as a result of being the State capital.

Combined, the Fed and Congress (with 2 Presidents) busted out the printing press and went HAM. $10 Trillion later, inflation took off like starship.
