A subdivision of nice $400k homes was built across the street back around 2004.

I've personally driven this neighborhood and was amazed at how nice and clean it is.

Shows how many BP posters are willing to share experiences and knowledge - especially when the questioner asks “nicely”, LOL.

Let me know if you'd like some recommendations for a few firms that I think do a nice job.

Hey @Max Smetiouk, so a soaking tub in the master bath is a nice thing to have, in the middle of the room, no so much.

We have had much greater success renting a whole unit out that renting our individual rooms, though it has been nice to have some flexibilty to accomodate travelers who are coming as singlets and doublets.

If you want something that looks nice Article and Castlery have some great looking stuff without breaking the bank too bad ($2-3K range).
