I’ve helped managed a few short term rentals that have been filled with military families waiting for housing to open up or waiting to close on their home purchases.

We did live-in flips while stationed in a variety of places with the military. 

I've actually had a number of military servicemen on TDY here stay at my smaller condos for several months in the off-season.

This area of Florida has a lot of options as there are several military bases and of course the white sand beaches.

In our case, we are in a market with lots of young professionals and military (engineers, accountants, service members).

Even when posted abroad, my legal primary residence is always in the United States, similar to military members when they deploy.

The proximity to hospitals , downtown fort myers & military presence makes it the ideal location. 

I have a rental in centennial hills and rent it out to traveling nurses/military/professionals.
