there are 3 or 4 companies that sell how to programs normally about 2k to 3k.. this will give you the basics.. or you can try to find a used set of books tapes on E bay for 50 bucks or so.

Routers can be crazy expensive for a high end one.I would look at best buy and read the reviews to find one that is the best bang for the buck without overpaying.

They are in it for an easy buck and will throw you under the bus if it means they can earn some money.

So for the example above, the payment would remain the same until maturity but you'd also be paying interest on funds that you haven't used yet. 

If I would have to sell that skill, I would not sell that for 400 bucks!

There is too punitive measures and shorter time horizon for that loan to mature and eat away at your equity buffer.
