@Mark Cruse when you retire from your W2, how do you plan on living off your real estate?

My best student  crossed the 1 million mark in net worth and he is in his early 30s!

Our crew tracked the thieves footprints and sled marks through the snow to some old warehouses nearby and recovered some of the tools.

I also wanted to clear up that fact that JWB does not mark up maintenance items. 

I would tell you to file to fight any late payments as if a loan is transferred there is a period between transfers where they should not mark you late or charge late fee

@Mark HafnerI've been investing internationally for many years but it's very difficult to answer the kind of questions you ask without writing a dissertation so I'd encourage you to ask more precise questions in the forum.

Sometimes property managers mark up materials or labor without fully explaining it.
