While she seems like a nice lady, I don't want to be caught in the middle if her X-Husband  decides he doesn't want to pay her.

Then I called again around 3pm, this lady picked up and said "the house is already sold honey".

I later attended their high school graduation, yelled louder than anyone there :) They are now married with a baby.The second lady had a friend call instead of her to recommend her friend.

We always push for vacant possession although once I regretted it as the little old lady had nowhere to go with her yappy little dog.

My wife is a soft-spoken 5'2" asian lady. 

This lady seems legit crazy, and I dont know what she can do with all my tax info.

I lost contact with the lady living there but her boyfriend, that I have only met once (he is on the lease but never lived in the house) tells me her ex-boyfriend was creating problems so she moved out and is not able to talk...

@Colin Emerson - I have not pursued his education but have done some throught the tax lien lady.
