We are in the capital raise mode and I was looking for groups out there that may have interest in looking into our opportunity.

I always go into panic mode after the 1st if rent isn’t paid, especially now that it has been 3 days.  

There are not a lot of folks here in town in expansion mode due to our oversaturation and downward pressure on ADRs. 

If two people have the same NOI after debt service, but one has fewer doors, that model is most likely more efficient.A few years ago I had several more "doors" than I do today, but my ROI has increased due to re-focus and efficiencies. 

With EVs those are high during production of the vehicles. ya other than walking I think every mode of transportation uses some form of energy and does its share of depleting resources and pollution etc.

My business model is to find wholesale properties for investors, at the price that would make it a viable investment for them.

Their business model is designed to scam homeowners for months on end and since it's an LLC the owner is legally protected.They will ask you to waive the first months rent and security deposit, once in the house they will refuse to pay, give you fake numbers or tell you to call someone else.
