. ^^^^ what Ed said,Ozone machine alone will not do it for hardcore pet odors (cat urine) Ozone machine is just one step and one tool in the process, you must chemically treat the effected areas (walls, baseboard, hardwood floors, sub-floors), remove and replace carpets, kilz over effected areas and then treat with ozone machine for multiple days.

Of course I still plan on using other market strategies as needed, I plan on making sure every patient has a chance at walking out the door with a business card in hand :) P.S. the people who are hardcore yardsalers are also mostly of low/low-mid class origin, thus often being the kind who may need a quick exit strategy on a home due to a backfired mortgage/biting off more than they can chew.

I'm thinking this property might be in an area that probably has some landlords that are hardcore and been doing it a long time.If your most likely (or only) buyer is one of the old school locals, then you need to know what they would pay and if they pay cash.
