Identify some sizzle features that are NOT expected in typical rentals in your market and look to add a couple (NOT ALL) and only the ones that are easiest to add (low hanging fruit).

Yes - I realize the fall and holidays are busier for STRs in this area, and January and February are not near as fruitful, but March and beyond are looking very strong and we should see similar returns.

In challenging times the agents that are used to the low hanging fruit leave.

Figure out how you can grow into a role that satisfies you, continue your drive into making a name for yourself in the real estate space, and you will absolutely benefit from the fruits of your labor if you take consistent action over the long term.  

Good post, bottom line for me is not to put all eggs in one basket and keep on diversifying whether it is in REI, stocks, crypto and small business...

In this business, the low hanging fruit has already been picked.

But like all investing, don't put all your eggs in one basket that you can't control.  

Keep your hand in a lot of baskets while you're figuring things out!
