Really; call up an insurance company in your area and ask what the worker's comp rate for an interior trim carpenter and a framer are for a starting-out construction company... and what the general liability insurance will cost while you're at it.Also, you might want to check into what the licensing requirement for contractors is.

(framers dont gererally buy $250,000 cranes )  I asked him why he didnt just hire a crane when he needed it .  

I took my GC and framer over to see the house to be moved and made sure that I was making a good financial decision.

Now the labor part showing what I pay my framer will be questioned and so on.

All because their workers changed up a bit, a new framer for example causes delay for the electrician, electrician causes delay for plumber and so on...
