Flaunt it!

So, for any of you Licensed Realtors reading this who want to continue flaunting the INTENDED directives of the "Non-Assignable" Contract - you had better HOPE that you don't slip up!

Our Galveston TX str has had a slower than expected launch. 5 reservations since launch, and 3-4 other inquiries we couldn’t fulfill for one reason or another (usually too many guests and / or prom parties; don’t want to be too bad of a neighbor and let things get out of hand). 

I simply got an unsecured Prom note form the seller with the proviso if the buyer stopped paying my commish ended..

Not a flaunting the law decision.... 

what you dont say is how much the interest rate is.. on the surface you just record the 260,000 mortgage or deed of trust and hold the prom note that happens through escrow no problem there.. but I suspect they are offering you well under market interest.  

The second things become automated I will wind up with prom groups and bachelor parties and things I filter out currently and my house will wind up trashed.  

Companies like Profits From Rentals and Elite Mgmt. are seemingly able to flaunt health, safety, and livability issues in their properties without repercussions.

Guests are basically wanting to be treated like the prom Queen and we are a guy that wants to sleeP with them haha. thankfully I work in psychiatry and understand the emotions underlying ridiculous behavior and respond to the emotion not the behavior (the same as I would if I were working on the psych unit). 

Lots of BS artists out there flaunting inflated numbers.
