I am a small business person in the Inland Empire ( recycling/transportation/business consulting) , that is looking to learn and invest in the Inland Empire.  

This is a good question and I plan on following this thread, since I plan to incorperated this one day within my Real Estate Empire.

I also recently bought Build a Rental Property Empire by Mark Ferguson.Since then, any free time I have, I read and research about the real estate industry.

Hi readers, I'm a 26 year old guy in Southern California's Inland Empire region, Corona to be exact.

I'm a complete newbie to the real estate game, who dreams of starting my own residential real estate empire, buying and holding homes across the country in consistent markets to generate passive income in order to be my own boss. 

I hope to be retired from my real estate empire 15 years before I am eligible for one of those communities!

I'm eager to learn as much as I can to create the empire I know I am meant to build for myself.While I don't have a real estate background or have all the knowledge, I do know what kind of life I want for myself, along with some great work ethic.  

I haven't exactly forged an empire that will create generational wealth. ... but I evaluated a deal, made a pro forma, and decided this was a minor risk I could afford to take, but it feels so much bigger than that. 

I'm still looking to buy residential multifamily properties and I'm thinking about the Inland Empire due to proximity, though as I'm new to the area, I'm sure you guys know better than me.
