Rather than recreating the wheel, I would just go to LP centric forums/groups like 506b or PIC group that dont allow GPs or capital raisers so people can post their bad experiences without intimidation.

Ideally, if there's an investor in the Augusta, GA area I'd LOVE to shadow you or even do some rehab labor for you on weekends so I can get my hands dirty and see how the wheels really turn.Aside from that, if anyone has any general tips for making connections with local real estate investors or things I should be reading about, I'd love to learn from you!

Imagine person A has a blog about fishing, and person B has a blog about Boyscouts.Person A wants to write an article explaining their users how to tie the perfect knot  to attach the hook to the line, which let's say is the "3 loop hole rabbit" know (made that up).So do you think it is smart for person A to reinvent the wheel and write a completely new article on how to tie that knot, when Person B, the expert boyscout  having already written an award winning blog entry on exactly how to tie that knot with videos diagrams pictures and everything?
