Well let's see I dunno if this was a blunder or not but I got sued for $7.2 Million in 2019 due to a documentary I made on turnkey scam allegations...That was kind of lame, however it's just a SLAPP lawsuit from some clown so I wouldn't do anything different.

I've heard that it could trigger documentary stamp taxes because the transfer is considered a sale for tax purposes.

The Buyer will pay for the preparation of the note, mortgage and deed and for the recording of the deed.The Seller will pay for intangible taxes and for documentary stamps on the deed and mortgage.

We also have a Roku box, they are cheap and there is a ton of free content like documentaries, cooking shows, exercise shows, etc.
