@Marko BukvaI'm not entirely clear on the plan and ownership, but there are potentially several different types of tax at play for a transaction like you're discussing - gift taxes, estate tax, income tax, property tax, documentary transfer tax, etc. 

Beyond real estate, I have a background in media production, including event setup, documentary filmmaking, and television production during my time at PBS CET.

I also watched a documentary about Boeing planes falling off the skies and how Boeing tried to pin all of them on pilots.

And yes, the chain of title on the real property would show your own name and then a deed transferring into the LLC for no consideration and no documentary transfer tax, likely making it even easier to find your name via public records search.
