Not all peaches & cream & collecting paychecks!

@Deanna McCormick I went to the house with the contractor and the paint on the house is cream color.

My best gut reactions is maybe a tiny drive thru coffee/ice cream shop.  

Taupe or a pink-toned beige is supposedly coming into style, but I think renters would still prefer greige, beige, tan or cream.

@Hammad Arif Sticking to neutral colors like beige, cream and gray would be best like @Marlen Weber mentioned.

That's what the research shows.My Insurance Agent must have read the same research, he sends each of us a postcard on our birthday that is good for a free ice cream cone at Baskin Robbins. :-)

I don't know if an ice-cream franchise is a good fit in Alaska or a Wool sweaters is a fit in Hawaii.5) How does franchise X fit with the rest of your tenants (assuming it's a retail strip of some sort) a pizza franchise in a strip mall that already has a pizza place will compete with each other and will eventually cause one of them to lose their business and you to lose the tenantJust some food for thought. 

It probably just like another thing to do that is not necessarily  pleasant (not like go eat ice cream at a movie), so may be he is just postponing because of that.

For instance, let's say your brick is redish, cream siding, I would probably go with a really deep brick red stain, darker than the brick on the house.
