Is it a reputable company and will the documentation provided from the study hold up in an audit?

I definitely want to align myself with a good brokerage and start building good reputation. 

Monthly operating costs vary between €150-250 based on the amount of work and the type of accountant office you would choose to work with (those focused on foreigners usually charge more).It is true that in general this is higher than in many other countries.It is the first time I have heard about the possibility of a virtual office from out of an LLC.

It takes a lot of time to build up a reputation in the wedding/event space.

I normally pick and choose the events I go to based on what will be discussed. 

If you are investing from out-of-state you want to make sure whoever you are going to choose to work with is being honest and transparent not just about the Flint marketplace but about the strengths and weaknesses they face as a company, day in / day out.

If I had to choose a couple to look into first, it would be House Hacking, Mid-Term Rental, Short-Term Rental, and BRRRR.

They offer a $10K repair fund to fix damages in addition to SD plus warranty for appliance repair etc.I have no say in whom they choose to move in, whether there are animals, limit on # of occupants etc. they reserve right to inspect property so i have no idea if they can tell me to remodel, paint etc.does this make sense i have a vacancy coming up in October (bad rental timing).
