How is your RE business?

This would be my first STR so I also am personally interested in giving this business model a try to see if I do want to operate in this space longer term and want to do this properly. 

To clarify, my banking model for the Series is to hold accounts for each series member. 

Yes, this is "tough love", but you won't survive in this business if you let it affect you:)

That's why I would never had a business partner.

Make sure you talk to a Banker or Loan officer that is well versed in both SE (Self Employed) income and also Non/QM programs.One tip I will give you as a Banker is open up a "Business Checking account" and for the next 12 months pay "Everything" out of that account. 

I run a full time flipping business, right now i am able to do 2 homes at a time.

For 20 years I have been in the oil & gas drilling industry.  3 years ago, I became a drilling consultant and started my own business.  

When you say "we," are you speaking about your business or your personal tax returns, or does your business flow into your personal returns because you file as a sole proprietor?  

Cash flow is where businesses really shine.
