I'm formerly in the food and beverage industry as well and right up the road in Old Town Scottsdale.

I will supply freshly brewed beverages.   

But I've had too many conversation with investors trying to rehab the kind of places we have here in the Rust Belt talking about thousand-dollar window replacements and nine-thousand-dollar paint jobs (as well as too many conversations with PA-registered contractors laughing into their beverage of choice) to recommend the 203k path to anyone.

Please remember, this is a local business, and they like all tenants have rent to pay, so let's support them by purchasing food and beverages.

Does anyone in this area have or want to be do a meet up to chat and teach and hopefully consume a beverage?

We do have a distillery district which may be of interest for your thirst if you are into adult beverages.
