I charge $150 per house if they're late and will not bend on this.

Eric,I just got home from a BP meet-up in Bend.

My son and I finished up our projects in southern CA and relocated to Bend, OR. 

In addition to all of that, I immediately got a meetup going in Bend, which was handed off to @Grayson Graham  and he's been doing an incredible job building on it.
