I have fond memories of the 5 Cities area and even had an airplane I owned get STUCK in the tree just short of the runway in Oceano.

@David Faulkner its one thing to drive people around its a whole nother enchilada to scare the crap out of them in a small airplane.. :)Jet Smarter is Uber or Lyft for Jets.. when I get repositioned to Vegas next year I will be buying this app and using the service to go from Vegas to JFK and to Ft.

Now I'm only real estate (but still fly airplanes).

I can't imagine running a furnished rental in a place where you need an airplane or ship to visit.

Michael, as it is with most folks here, they want to go out and fly the airplane and skip the ground school where they learn why and how planes fly.Gurus don't teach ground school (for many reasons, for one you'll develop a BS Meter they don't want you to have because you won't be buying their garbage)!

but for me I kind of dig it... autopilot in the airplane can be less forgiving flying you into a rock at 200 knots.. or you sit there and look at it and say what the heck is this thing doing.. and why is it doing that.. the car autopilots are much less complicated . and they will come to a stop... of course airliners have auto land and auto brake etc.. but you know you have to spend a few million for those features :)

Just like your picture in front of that airplane, because you haven't landed on an aircraft carrier doesn't mean you shouldn't as questions about flying IFR NDB approaches to rwys on atolls in the South Pacific.

There's nothing like flying an airplane and then looking for the manual.At least you know that you the caller is not the person in charge, hence can't sell you the property.That person will have "standing" with sufficient capacity, powers and authority to transact.
