Hi all! My name is Ben Nichols. I'm currently the research assistant for a boutique multi-family brokerage firm in Arroyo Grande. In about three weeks away from getting my real estate license! 

I love the Central Coast and all it has to offer. I'm interested in eventually buying income-producing properties 2 units and up, and later in life owning larger apartment buildings. I am also interested in developing a network of sellers and buyers of multi-family income properties as I work full time in realty and would love to help all those that need it.
