I use the free version of Asana with a team of six people.

If I get a few more units I may upgrade to the pay version.

(In other states there are very different processes where you can actually finance foreclosures and have 30 days to close, etc, etc.)The short version for Florida is that you have to have 5% of what you want to bid on a property on deposit with this website.  

@J Scott, it looks as though you're using a Desktop version of QuickBooks.

And, I don't know TX law, so I'm not sure if there would be any difference as to the specific rules that may be different in TX, but, it's an old law from merry old England that made it's way to the US, so odds are there is some version that would apply to you in TX. 

This is the ONLY place where the terms PORTION and SPACE are not used in reference to the business or rental usage, but I'm thinking this ultimately has to do with depreciation recapture only and not overall capital gains.Worksheet 3 shows that "Business or Rental Use of Home" is splitting up "Business" and "Home" versions of your gain/loss worksheet, further proving the point. 

You can find a spreadsheet version of this calculator on the internet that will show you the principle and interest over time in a table.

This is a very simplified version btw.
