Either way, it's a losing proposition if the truth is actually told.

But I get the distinct impression that some of these guys don't like working with investors (could be because that one of them actually told me this... lol)...

Of course on bP those that have this happen to them NEVER post they just slink of into the night.. there was a lady brave enough up in Memphis that actually told the truth her house got hit multiple times ...

The pd actually told me & this man that my personal belongings are no longer mine but his(the heir) to do with whatever he pleases.

Nobody every actually told me this, but it seems to be the case.

I actually told her to not even write the offer unless she waived the fee, that I'd rather walk away and find another agent and another property.
