I would start by finding areas you actually WANT to live and go from there.Picking a place to call home simply because it has a real estate market that you feel will fit your goals is a great way to end up miserable. 

I did not like the first two candidates so we are still working on bringing in the designer.I actually think this is a great way to keep accountability going. 

I guess the one that makes the most sense is "Reject", but that seems weird because they might have actually passed screening.

My initial reaction was "hell no".Algorithms are usually poor estimators of actual value.

People that have "amazing deals" outnumber "people that actually have money to execute on them" by a ratio of 10:1 or 15:1.
