I would definitely acquire more before I started accelerating,  especially if fixed rate resi loans in the 4s.I heard and liked the idea of getting 5 houses, or 8 like All says, first. 

We didn't acquire a single buy and hold residential LTR the entire year of 2024 in Alabama.

So I'm strongly considering adding a handful of these to my buy & hold portfolio.I understand that there's no "risk-free" method to acquiring these properties subto, but have any of you had success over the long-term acquiring properties with VA loans attached?
