I intended to send the letter to the DA if they didn't do anything, The Officer talked to her colleagues and came to get the letter.

I have "skin in da game" as I am actively making offers and if I get it I wholesale it off to a better positioned, more seasoned cash investor assuming there is enough " meat on the bone".
