I would check with your agent to see if they can write it.One of the issues with purchasing a property with an in-ground tank is that you then own any pollution on your new property, even if it happened over time.

I do see that masonry cleaning/chemical wash (the prep work) - "may require an air pollution control permit from the Environmental Permitting and Inspections Section of the CDPH"And then digging further I see there's also a separate Architectural Surface Cleaning Permit could be required.Anyone have experience with this?
