The condo has brand new flooring, paint and carpet,dishwasher and fairly new with a lake view.

I recently purchased a property and during the inspection the inspector said the dishwasher drain was hooked up to the garbage disposal.

All appliances (washer dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove), paint thru the unitDo you think it's doable for under 15k for labor, material, appliances?  

After shelters they live 6 dishwashers, maids and cooks to a one bedroom.

If possible a Washer and Dryer, Dishwasher and Microwave, will just make it more convenient and easier to retain your folks if they are longer-term.    

How important are garbage disposals for fully renovated apartments with fully renovated kitchens, granite counters, porcelain tile floors, dishwashers, pendant lights?

You can make minor adjustments based on the type of appliances (dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, air conditioning, etc.) and the size of the rental.

Does it have a dishwasher that will have to be detached and reset also.

.- Install dishwasher to right of sink.- Install two pendant lights over island.Front bedroom:- Install wire shelving and closet rod.- Install dome light and switch as necessaryMiddle Bedroom:- Extend front wall of closet straight to opposite wall.
