In the high-end, the projects tend to sit on the market longer and the construction interest tends to chew into the margin too far to make it worth the risk.b.I also tend to think the structure of the deal is extremely important.

When I walked through the house to look at it the dogs definitely used the bathroom in the garage and chewed up 75% of the trim throughout the house and my dogs while inside by themselves they ate through the drywall in a few places in the house and this is where my biggest concern is that mold from the dogs urinating on the walls and the moisture seeping in and not being noticed and mold growing from there.
