With all this commotion about a falling market and homes appraising lower than what they are worth, why don't people start buying? Buy now and hold that property for a while. Forget flipping and short sale. Why settle for a little change in your pocket with flips and short sales when you can hold for 5-10 years and see a real profit.

History has proven that no matter what the real estate investment it will always appreciate at make you money in the long run!! [EDITED BY MODERATOR - No affiliate links.]

So I guess the question really is: Why not let your money work for you instead of you working hard for your money. What are your thoughts. Thank you.
