What is the range of broker commissions charged to the seller on a small park 10-60 spaces ( 1-8 M sales price)?

Consider all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.

For max $200k you can really only afford Hilltop, Franklinton, Linden, Driving/Deshler Park, Whitehall.

ParkingRaleigh does not require additional parking spaces to be compliant.

Neighborhoods like Logan Square or Albany Park have seen growth in rental demand, making them potentially good starting points.

Where will everyone park?
