The previous owners literally just walked away...dishes in the cabinets...pans...rolling pins they collected...kids pictures...all left ...and a sweet little scared cat...she just sat there day after day waiting for her humans to come back...who does that

Sweet :)Only neg about buy/hold on a condo there is that you're paying retail, and there isn't any renovation/upside potential.

It depends on what the expectations are where you buy.The sweet spot for rentals for me is a home that is in a safe area, may not be the best, but isn't bad, where a family would feel comfortable and could become a long term tenant. 

We also bought another sweet distressed home in LA, really distressed but when completed it'll be so beautiful!

The home seems to be a steal, only 9 years old over 2k square foot 2 story home on 3 wooded acres in rural ohio, sweet modern floor plan, 2 car attached garage, poured foundation and full basement....full of water that has ruined the furnace and hot water heater.

The message needs to be very short and very sweet or it won't get read.
