well, before you have a overflow and get damaged floors, cabinets, CALL A PLUMBER.he'll let you know what the issue was,, why would you hesitate to call plumber..if grease is a factor tell them no grease down drains,, rice is bad also.. anyway not sure what your lease says for maintenance but drains do get clogged and if other units are down line.. line this is top floor, could be backed up in units below also..Toilets, tubs, showers,, yup they'll all need attention from time to time..

I understand that there is reciprocated value on both ends of a wholesale transaction (helping someone out of a sticky situation in return for the assignment fee), but I am curious to hear what you guys think.

Truth be told, I'm sure I could find homes listed for $50,000 that I wouldn't take (to buy and hold) for free.Someone please give this man an award and sticky this response. 12% gets you in a C area and 8% get's you in a B area.
