Unless you can find somebody that isn’t concerned about all the regulations surrounding consumer loans … not suggested.

Even now as a mobile home investor, I still do things locally.

I was originally concerned about losing my entitlement but that’s not longer an issue, it seems.

If you are concerned about protecting principal and the next downturn hits, you will want to confine yourself to these types of loans.

Third party bids coming in at half of what you’re offering would be a concern to me.
