One golden rule I follow,if it takes a long time to fix/replace when it breaks, don't buy a cheap one.Imagine, this thing breaks in the middle of your peak season and the people who can come out to rebuild are 2 weeks out....It takes at least a day or two to build something like this even if you are super skilled.

As I am new to this and looking for cashflow using rentals, one key aspect of this investment is to ensure that the unit rents out quickly and while I do understand that cash flow to begin with might not be attractive, it can be a good investment in the long run if the location is right(as appreciation also kicks in).

There isn't enough inventory to go around so as long as no new developments kick in (which there isn't enough land), most homes will see some sort of appreciation.6.

I had to have Anderson re-do one of my LLC's from the other guys to save me money in annual state fees ..I look at it this way, as long as my business/investment income covers the costs I don't have a problem paying for reliable - worry free information and work.
