I feel it's a good investment as most houses in the area I'm interested in take between £450 and £800+ a week gross income (around £70-120 per person in houses occupying between 4-7 residents typically).

They need combustion air to operate (unless it's a newer high-efficiency furnace with its own intake air pipe coming from outside the house).

I ran the gas line & they installed the double intake/exhaust Al pipes to the top of the chimney & added a metal chimney cover/cap with a separate vent cap.
