I am a member of Invest Club for Women (Men welcome too obviously) and they have two chapters, one local to me now in Studio City, CA (The valley) and one Irvine (OC).What i like is that in most meetings, there is a local RE investor speaking about their particular strategy rather than some guru coming in to upsell you.I also enjoy the networking - they get very interactive with this every meeting and I like the people that attend.The only thing I dislike is that the bar across the aparking lot (at the hotel) closes early often and thus, we have to drive like 1-2 miles down Ventura Boulevard to get drinks after.

I recently had a woman (over the years, I've had appraisals done by women 2 times, got slaughtered 2 times - just sayin) appraise 3 rental properties with the ultimate goal of refinancing.

Investclub for women (men can attend too) I hear is also pretty good.

Another area I am looking forward to moving forward with is starting a Mastermind Group for Women in Real Estate.

There has been a new development in that one applicant is a newly employed carpenter coming from the Women for Trades (or something to that effect) who is employed by a green female builder who is building ADU's (4 going now) in the Portland market.

I also agree now that it would better serve me to get educated myself--I'm still open to finding a good PM down the line, but I'll feel much more in control & empowered if I know what I'm doing myself.

Women tend to have a better sense of smell.

So I need properties that I as a caucasian female, red headed women who only speak English and German can manage.Definitely do some research on this blog focusing on people that have been successful with what you are looking at doing.

I had teams that I hired do it... one women one man  3 teams working a 2 million metro population we hit EVERY NOD that came up created data bases , Had one employee that did nothing but data base entry and updates in real time..

I know that women pretty much own men after marriage and have full control of their bank accounts.
