Stop watching stupid cat videos.

I have been watching some Youtube bathroom reno videos lately, and I can definitely say that this is something that I will want done when I am not solely dependent on this bathroom.

And or maybe they have watched to many guru or U tube videos on YOU TOO can do real estate with no money down..   

Would love some guidance or to hop on a video call and pick someones brain.

Or do you just use realtor and ask video tour?

I'm familiar with the BRRRR method as its so common in so many books, podcasts, youtube videos nowadays but I'm not really motivated for that type of investing.

(Meaning only a policy that covers windstorm, and another that would cover Liability, Personal, dwelling etc..).
