In almost any place where the storage to population ratio is in balance or better, you can take a mom and pop self storage facility and convert it to a well run asset and make a lot of money.

Rather than steering you towards a specific facility, I'd recommend looking into the Florida Panhandle, Kissimmee, Miami, and Tampa as viable areas.

You can cook just about anything in our kitchen.

When I had a project that involved removing some asbestos my local landfill was a facility that accepted it as long as it was properly prepared for disposal in the correct containers etc.
