I would recommend making a list of what you need, sectioning that into "departments", and getting at least 3 bids for any construction related project.

I asked my realtor for a PM referral and I talked the PM and he said it sounds like a decent deal and I researched inspectors online and the inspector went and checked it out and he said it had good bones and he said he'd buy it as a rental property.

Was wondering if anyone is currently engaged in new construction investments in the area, or have contacts who are. 

Considering I will be maintaining the property (overseeing the construction so I can convert it to a multiplex, all the Airbnb needs including advertising and looking for customers), what would be a fair split?
