Bill Taylor Introduction

Good evening BP Community. I'm a rookie trying to break into the market. I have been interested in long-term rentals for some time and looked at fix and flips when I was much younger.  I'm a 22-year Army Veteran. In my 20s I did Construction, Demo, and Remolding for a few general contractors. In 2000 when I went Active Duty, I changed my role to Electronic Maintenance. Toward the end of my time in the Army, I switched again to Information Technology.  I never lost the desire to start my own business and "work to live, rather than live to work". I'm now trying to put my dreams into practice as the kids are aging out of the house. I find myself short on experience and capital. So I'm trying to learn everything I can as I search out my path to gaining the needed capital to get this train rolling. I have been kicking the tires on the videos and tools trying to learn. Any mentorship, advice, and simply fellowship would be appreciated.

Bill
