I've seen some of that too in our area but it's the listing prices that have changed, not the sales prices. ie, sellers are taking a shot at the moon to see what happens but prices are still considerably higher now than they were 6 months ago.

I will definitely give it a shot.

@Jay HinrichsI can’t tell if you’re taking a shot at wholesalers or not. 

Oh, and house is 70 years old and not perfect by a long shot but has charm.
